Application / Selection

• Can I apply for more than one position?

  You may not apply for more than one position at a time, so please decide your application on one position. However, even in that case, we will consider a wide range of job possibilities during the selection process.

• Can I apply from a different industry?

  Yes, you can submit an application even if you currently work in a different industry. Applications from industries not related to mobility are also welcome.

• Can I apply again after having applied before?

  Yes, this is possible. There is no limit to the number of times you can apply. However, please be advised that, in principle, the selection criteria for the same position will not change.

• I live overseas. Can I still apply?

  Yes, this is possible. Selection will be conducted in English or Japanese.

Work

• Can I take a side job?

  Yes, this is possible under the company’s rules and conditions.

• Are there any rules regarding computers or devices?

  There are standard company rules regarding computers. However, if a particular device is necessary for development or other work, individual arrangements can be made through consultation with your supervisor.

• Are the HR policies described on the website applicable regardless of the place of employment?

  No, HR systems described on this website apply to Sony Honda Mobility Inc. (Japan). If you are employed in another country, all regulations and policies will follow your country of employment.

New graduates/ Interns

• When will the selection process for new graduates take place?

  Details will be announced on this website. We will also provide further information by email to those who have registered under "Career Registration."

• I am considering applying as a new graduate. Is participation in an internship required?

  Internship is not required.
